Nigeria’s top rated federal lawmaker, Hon. Sergius Oseasochie Ogun has facilitated the construction of the Nigeria Security & Civil Defence Divisional Office Ubiaja, Esan South-East Local Government Area of Edo State. 

The state-of-the-art NSCDC divisional office was formally unveiled today by the Onojie of Ubiaja, HRH Curtis Iredia to the delight of all guests present. 

It is on record that Hon. Sergius Ogun has been at the forefront of the fight against insecurity in Esan Land and the nation at large . On several occasions in the past, he had sponsored motions calling on the federal government to beef up security formations in Edo Central while specifically but passionately making a strong demand for the setting up of an army barracks or forward operating base and police mobile force base within Esan Land to stem the tide of kidnapping and armed robbery. With the ongoing construction of a police mobile force base in Uromi and the successful inauguration of the NSCDC divisional office in Ubiaja, it is safe to posit that his relentless efforts to make Esan a safer and more secured place are beginning to yield positive results 

Dignitaries present at the inauguration ceremony applauded Hon. Sergius Ogun’s foresight, strength of character, tenacity of purpose and audacity of courage which have helped him take on challenging projects and bring them to successful completion with relative ease. They prayed God to give the astute federal legislator the grace to go higher.
